Simplified onboarding for deepsec

Vercel's open-source security review harness deepsec now supports one-command setup, allowing users to configure a repository and run its first security review with a single `npx deepsec init` command. The new `init` command automates workspace creation, model access configuration via Vercel AI Gateway or custom provider keys, codebase description generation, pattern scanning, and AI review initiation, with checkpointed setup that resumes from the last completed step if interrupted.
