Show HN: Vocab.design – A visual dictionary of UI and design terms

Vocab.design, a visual dictionary of UI and design terms created by an unnamed developer, launched on Hacker News with more than 1,100 terms, each accompanied by a live demo. The site aims to help users find canonical names for components and micro-interactions to communicate with AI agents or colleagues, and was designed to be built using parallel agents.

I built this because I know the pain of trying to explain a component or a micro-interaction to an AI agent or a colleague, and seeing them not understand it. Now I just look up the canonical name of the thing I am thinking of, and send a link of it. I planned the site to be buildable with parallel agents from the start. The site includes more than 1100 terms, and every page includes a live demo. It would be an enormous effort to do that by hand. The live demos act both as a user attraction, and a test-suite that validates the term as the agent is building it. Let me know what do you think.
