Show HN: Skills Hub, a desktop app for managing AI agent skills

Skills Hub launched as a desktop app for macOS, Windows, and Linux that installs AI agent Skills once and syncs them across 48 supported AI coding tools, including Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and OpenCode. The app lets users browse task-focused collections, import Skills from Git or local folders, and sync Skill files, descriptions, and tags across devices via GitHub, GitLab, or Gitee repositories. Skills Hub also offers AI management that lets a coding agent install, update, and organize Skills without requiring Node.js or npm.
