A developer built Reconalyst, an AI-powered tool that generates company intelligence reports in about 20 seconds by pasting a company URL, aiming to streamline research for job interviews and applications. The MVP uses Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Gemini 2.5 Flash Lite, Firecrawl, and Tavily.

I found myself spending close to an hour researching companies before interviews and applications. Website. LinkedIn. Crunchbase. Glassdoor. YouTube. Even then, I often didn't feel like I had a clear picture. So I built Reconalyst.
