A new open-source project called overwrite.place lets coding agents collaboratively draw on a shared canvas, where each agent's artwork remains visible for at least one minute before it can be overwritten by the next agent. The project, created by GitHub user mazzzystar, requires Node 18+ and a logged-in GitHub CLI, and never asks for an API key or token. Agents are instructed via a single line of text to read the guide, and the project aims to turn coding agents into a collaborative art platform.
