Show HN: Portable Guided Reviews you can send as HTML

Plannotator released a portable Guided Review format that exports a code diff walkthrough as a single HTML file, with a companion skill installable via `npx skills add plannotator/guides`. Shared guides are encrypted client-side before upload to the guides.show host, with the decryption key kept in the URL fragment after `#` so the server only stores unreadable bytes, and viewer builds are pinned under `/v1/` so published guides render identically over time. The host runs as a small Cloudflare Worker in the `apps/guides-show` directory that users can self-host.

It is encrypted before it leaves your machine, and the key stays in the link after , which browsers never send to a server.
