It auto assigns the 'work package' (ticket), then kicks off the agent to do the work. Once complete, the agent opens a PR then leaves a detailed comment on the ticket. The engine then assigns the ticket to a QA code review agent. If it passes, the PR gets merged and and ticket is closed.
