Install the plugin
Upload the Kitepod plugin to your WordPress site. WordPress 6.4+ and PHP 7.4+, any host.

Is it really free? #
Yes. No trial clock, no call meter and no card. Connect as many sites as you run.
What's the catch? #
There isn't one. The AI runs on your own Claude or ChatGPT plan, so carrying its requests to your site costs us very little. We'd rather have you using Kitepod than charge you for it.
Will you start charging later? #
We'll add optional extras for agencies and big teams one day. Everything in Kitepod today stays free, and sites you connect now keep it.
Do I need another AI subscription? #
No. Kitepod connects the Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor plan you already have to your sites. We never charge for AI usage.
What does unlimited calls actually mean? #
There is no daily or monthly cap on tool calls. A short per-site rate limit stops a runaway agent from hammering your server, and that's it.
Will the AI break my live site? #
Risky changes are staged on a preview first, every write is snapshotted, and the page is checked after it goes live. If something looks wrong, undo it in one click, up to 90 days later.
Is it safe to give an AI write access? #
The AI acts as the WordPress user you choose and can't do more than that user can. Code, user and database changes wait for a person's approval, and the AI has no way to approve its own work.
Does it work with my page builder? #
Yes. Kitepod has built-in guides for Elementor, Divi, Bricks, Beaver Builder, Breakdance, Kadence, GeneratePress, SeedProd and Oxygen, so it edits in each builder's own format and pages still open in their editor.
Do I need to install a plugin? #
Yes, the Kitepod plugin. It needs WordPress 6.4+ and PHP 7.4+, and works on any host that can make outgoing HTTPS requests.
