Show HN: Digital De-Centralized Internship

A boutique investment bank launched a decentralized internship program focused on the Bittensor AI protocol, with assignments scored by Claude and a final capstone reviewed by a human panel. The program aims to provide work experience in AI, research, and markets amid rising competition for internships.

I run a boutique investment bank, and every year I would receive 1 - 3 internship requests, but this year I received 50. I started to realize that Ai was replacing interns faster than any other worker because it was mostly administrative work. Internships really gave me invaluable experience, so I wanted to create a de-centralized internship with the first year content focused on a de-centralized Ai protocol called Bittensor TAO . There are 8 weekly assignments which are scored and reviewed by Claude, with a final capstone video presentation which is presented to a human panel of people in the Bittensor ecosystem. All interns who complete the program receive a "proof of work" experience, and a scorecard which they can share.
