Vaaya launched a product that lets AI agents buy tokenized stocks on the Base network and borrow against those holdings at 100% loan-to-value, with every $1,000 in last-valued holdings adding $1,000 to an agent's credit limit. The service connects via MCP, a TypeScript SDK (@vaaya/sdk), or Python, and supports tokenized stocks including NVIDIA, Apple, Alphabet, Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Tesla, Strategy, SanDisk, and SpaceX. Selling and withdrawals are not yet available in Vaaya, and the company notes credit is a repayment obligation while holdings remain exposed to market gains and losses.

The current stock interface supports discovery, quotes, buying, order status, and portfolio reads through MCP, TypeScript, and Python. It is buy-and-hold today: selling and withdrawals are not yet available in Vaaya. Purchase availability depends on the stock and trading being enabled. What exactly am I holding? Coinbase-issued tokenized stocks on Base, held in a managed wallet for your Vaaya account. These are tokens representing exposure to the underlying equity, with issuer terms and transfer restrictions. Token units are not always equal to underlying shares. This is not a self-custody brokerage account. Do I need to apply for a separate loan? No separate loan call is required. Once confirmed holdings have been valued, their last known value adds to your account’s spending capacity automatically. Share credit does not require a card to unlock. Your agent uses the same service calls and spending controls as before. How is credit repaid? Using credit creates an account balance to repay; investment gains do not automatically pay the bill. Existing card collection still applies when a card is on file: weekly, or sooner when drawn credit passes $50. What happens if the stock price falls? A lower holdings valuation reduces the share-backed credit limit. Outstanding spending remains owed, and further calls must fit the account’s available spending capacity. Valuations use last known prices and can lag the market.
