The tool targets the common client-services problem of verbal revision requests being agreed on calls and later becoming untraceable.", "body_md": "If you work with clients, you know how this goes: someone asks for an extra revision on a call, someone else says yes, and a few weeks later nobody can find where that was agreed.\nYour client joins from a link, and their AI agent can join too. You change the scope on a call, and the call turns into an edit on your doc, quoting who asked for it. One click to approve.\nThat's Zextiria Rooms.\nIts free to try right away:", "url": "https://wpnews.pro/news/show-hn-client-rooms-where-calls-and-ai-agents-suggest-edits-people-approve", "canonical_source": "https://twitter.com/deamosV/status/2105679521240514788", "published_at": "2026-10-02 16:25:45+00:00", "updated_at": "2026-10-02 16:36:25.231848+00:00", "lang": "en", "topics": ["ai-agents", "ai-products", "ai-tools"], "entities": ["Zextiria Rooms"], "also_reported_by": [], "alternates": {"html": "https://wpnews.pro/news/show-hn-client-rooms-where-calls-and-ai-agents-suggest-edits-people-approve", "markdown": "https://wpnews.pro/news/show-hn-client-rooms-where-calls-and-ai-agents-suggest-edits-people-approve.md", "text": "https://wpnews.pro/news/show-hn-client-rooms-where-calls-and-ai-agents-suggest-edits-people-approve.txt", "jsonld": "https://wpnews.pro/news/show-hn-client-rooms-where-calls-and-ai-agents-suggest-edits-people-approve.jsonld"}}
