How it works #
Gather
Reads the issues, PRs, commits and reviews.

Picks the few decisions worth a chapter.

What it makes #
Ask in plain words, inside the repo. The first word picks the output; the post is the default. Ask for a technical deep dive or a release story to write for engineers or for users.
Post
Chapters, drawn figures and real code, as a page you can publish as is or move to your own site.

What it draws #
Figures come from the real product. This one started as a screenshot of the weekly digest card in Release Notes Index, redrawn straight on so each part can be named.
