you can't easily open — to search every old conversation and the text files in them, ask questions about your history, and track your token usage. All local; nothing is uploaded.
To update later: request a fresh export and drop it here — only new and changed conversations are re-imported.

Also use Claude Code or Cowork? Drag your **~/.claude** or **local-agent-mode-sessions** folder here (or use **Import Code/Cowork** in the top bar) to index those sessions too.
