In fact, many of them don't even allow using the tool without speaking to sales. We not just have a self-serve, but the AI even sets up some sample data so that you can play around instantly.\n\nWe've been heads down working with a lot of startups who all wanted a more AI-first ATS, and seeing some early success.\n\nThis is my first time posting on HN. If there are any founders/recruiters, I'd love to get your honest feedback or thoughts on the tool.\n\nComments URL: [https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=50269124](https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=50269124)\n\nPoints: 1\n\n# Comments: 0", "url": "https://wpnews.pro/news/show-hn-binary-hiring-tool-ats-for-startups-that-is-mcp-friendly", "canonical_source": "https://binary.so", "published_at": "2026-10-28 03:43:32+00:00", "updated_at": "2026-10-28 04:12:09.818711+00:00", "lang": "en", "topics": ["ai-products", "ai-agents", "agent-protocols", "ai-tools"], "entities": ["Binary", "Shikhar", "Hacker News", "MCP"], "also_reported_by": [], "alternates": {"html": "https://wpnews.pro/news/show-hn-binary-hiring-tool-ats-for-startups-that-is-mcp-friendly", "markdown": "https://wpnews.pro/news/show-hn-binary-hiring-tool-ats-for-startups-that-is-mcp-friendly.md", "text": "https://wpnews.pro/news/show-hn-binary-hiring-tool-ats-for-startups-that-is-mcp-friendly.txt", "jsonld": "https://wpnews.pro/news/show-hn-binary-hiring-tool-ats-for-startups-that-is-mcp-friendly.jsonld"}}
