I often switch between Claude Code and Codex throughout the week, and between my laptop and an older machine I leave running at home. I built agent-archive to make it easier to pick up where I left off, especially when i hit usage limits.
It lets you (or a coding agent) find past coding sessions and hand their conversation context to another agent. You can try local handoffs without setup, or connect your own S3/R2 bucket for automatic archiving and access from other machines.
It also tracks usage across agents and gives you a full archive of your session transcripts across agents, which I've found useful to iterating and improving my AGENTS.md and lint rules.
