Show HN: A design skill that turn your feelings into UI and remembers it A product manager and engineer, who prefers to remain unnamed, built a design skill that translates feelings into UI and remembers them, aiming to help non-designers communicate design preferences to large language models. The skill, shared on Hacker News, addresses the challenge of expressing design intent without formal design vocabulary, though the creator is uncertain if it solves a pressing problem for others. Share a skill that I built for myself and friends. I don't have any design background as a PM and engineer. When I vibe coding, I said: "I want to make it feel like Stripe". My friend said: "More elegant, more Apple." LLM doesn't undserstand them well, for we don't know how to speak design words. I also found that I don't want to repeat or write lines of prompts to LLM. So here it is. tbh, I'm not sure if it is solving someone's urgent situation. UI usually would be P3/P4 compared to features, bugs, etc. Wish it could help someone. If so, pls leave comments, and I would be really happy and reward myself a bubble tea: Comments URL: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=49362556 https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=49362556 Points: 1 Comments: 0
