According to ZDNET, ServiceNow and Nvidia released Arc, a long-running AI agent for enterprise desktop work, generally available as of October 2026 on Mac with Windows support planned. Arc runs locally on employee devices or within Nvidia OpenShell and is governed by ServiceNow's Super Intelligence Control Tower, which monitors agent actions, vets access, and checks for security risks including prompt injection.
