I'm a brand founder without a technical background. This holiday weekend, I worked with AI collaborators to bring a virtual fitting room to NUDE's existing online store.
We began with years of product photography.
Together, we turned those assets into an experience with 16 styles, product videos in two formats, and virtual try-on powered by YouCam.
Astra, OpenAI's frontier model, handled much of the coding production and engineer integration. Claude Opus contributed creative direction and specifications. Sol independently reviewed and tested the implementation.
I stayed involved throughout: choosing the brand direction, reviewing the visuals, trying the experience, and making the final decisions.
Seeing the pieces work together on our actual website made this feel different from generating a single image or a piece of copy. It connected creative production with the everyday work of running a brand.
The 30-second video shows the real website page, edited for length. The virtual try-on comparison is an existing AI-generated example, clearly labelled.
This is a limited commercial experiment. We haven't measured its effect on sales yet. Virtual try-on offers an appearance preview; it cannot assess fit, sizing or support.
The fitting room is open through November 11, 2026, subject to availability:
