What made this GPU stand out
4K gaming at this price range is incredible
The RX 9060 XT doesn’t get as much attention as the RX 9070 XT, but that makes it a hidden gem. For those with strict spending limits, it is a gold mine as it not only offers plenty of memory but its RDNA 4 cores and FSR 4 upscaling allow it to punch above its weight class. That being said, the frames might not be the best in graphically demanding games like Cyberpunk 2077, but anything less than that this GPU can handle, and you always have upscaling to boost the FPS for stable gameplay.
16GB VRAM is better suited for modern workflows
More VRAM has been in demand from the gaming community for ages now and its seems the age of more VRAM is here. A budget GPU with 16GB memory makes processing heavy workloads easier as compared to an 8GB offering. That being said, we need to keep in mind that the Stream Processors aren’t as good as other cards, so that also impacts the raw performance. However, since there is plenty of space to hold heavy datasets, that is also a good reason as to why this GPU can run games at 4K without stuttering.
