Ruflo, an open-source TypeScript agent meta-harness that layers tools, memory, loops and sandboxes on top of Claude Code or Codex, shipped an update in October 2026 and now lists 74,000 GitHub stars. The project documents two install paths, warning that the lighter path adds only slash commands and agent definitions and does not register the Ruflo MCP server, so memory_store, swarm_init and agent_spawn are not callable from Claude.
