**The United States’ Statement of Interest in the OpenAI MDL litigation is beginning to ripple through the other AI copyright suits.** ROSS Intelligence just filed a [Rule 28(j)](https://www.law.cornell.edu/rules/frap/rule_28) letter of new authority, calling the Third Circuit panel’s attention to the United States’ positions on fair use explained in the Statement.
