Roblox says one of its researchers built an AI agent that "mistakenly scraped" Open3DLab, a free 3D model site. The company says the data was not used for anything, including AI training.
“A Roblox researcher built an agent to collect publicly available 3D assets that mistakenly scraped content from Open3DLab, failing to operate as intended,” a Roblox spokesperson told RuntimeWire.
