Rider 2026.2.3 brings AI performance analysis to the *Monitoring* tool window and fixes an issue with the *AI Agent Setup* widget on Windows. You can update directly from the IDE, through the Toolbox App, or by downloading the latest version from our website. #### AI performance insights from the *Monitoring* tool window Now you can ask your AI agent to investigate your application’s performance right from the *Monitoring* tool window. Monitoring collects runtime data every time you run your app, so your agent has the information it needs to find bottlenecks and link them to your code. To get started, use the *Analyze with AI* action to set up an analysis request for your latest session with the AI agent. Check the prompt, then send it to begin the investigation. Your chosen agent uses the [`dottrace-analyze` skill](https://blog.jetbrains.com/dotnet/2026/06/25/performance-profiling-agent-skill-in-rider/) to show where time was spent, follow hot paths in your code, and give you useful performance insights in the chat. You can find the *Analyze with AI* action above the charts on the *Performance* tab. You can also use it from the context menu for older snapshots on the *Recent snapshots* tab in the *dotTrace* tool window. This feature is only available on Windows, and you need to have dotUltimate or the All Products Pack, plus the AI Assistant plugin installed. #### *AI Agent Setup* widget fix This build fixes an issue with the *AI Agent Setup* widget ([RIDER-143160](https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/RIDER-143160)), introduced in Rider 2026.2.2. Previously, the widget would sometimes fail to open when you clicked its taskbar icon on Windows with display scaling set to below 175%. Now it opens just fine. We’d love to hear what you think.
