One aspect of humanoid robotics development is building public trust. Richtech Robotics Inc. today launched a round-the-clock interactive streaming platform featuring its ADAM robot.
“Richtech Robotics has always focused on creating robots that seamlessly integrate into human environments and improve the way businesses operate,” said Wayne Huang, CEO of Richtech Robotics. “With the launch of the ADAM livestream initiative, we are opening a new chapter in human-robot interaction by introducing an unprecedented global opportunity to communicate with embodied AI in a live, highly-interactive setting.”
Founded in 2016, Richtech Robotics develops advanced robotics and the data infrastructure to makes its systems more intelligent. Guided by three strategic pillars — industrial, commercial, and data services — the company said it aims to deliver dependable automation, consistent service performance, and continuous AI-driven improvement at scale.
Last year, ADAM served drinks at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. Last month, Richtech demonstrated ADAM preparing noodles at the National Restaurant Association show. The company also acquired a 79,325 sq. ft. (7,369.5 sq. m) warehouse in Las Vegas to expand its AI infrastructure.
ADAM to interact live with audiences #
Richtech Robotics said the livestream broadcast will enable audiences around the world to interact directly with ADAM in real time. Users can chat with the robot, ask questions, and observe how embodied AI responds dynamically to human interaction, it explained.
“Most robots are still off limits or handing out popcorn,” Phil Zheng, chief operating officer of Richtech, told The Robot Report. “We want people to be able to ask the robot to do things. More natural responses and motions will become more common in the next year.”
Richtech developed the service robot with the NVIDIA Isaac open platform, and it uses NVIDIA Jetson Thor for onboard compute. The company claimed that continuous engagement will position ADAM to be one of the first robot “influencers,” demonstrating how AI-powered robots can communicate naturally with users in the physical world.
Unlike traditional livestreams, the ADAM platform is designed to be an immersive and participatory experience, according to Richtech. Instead of viewing pre-taped photos or videos, it will offer people a bespoke and user-controlled experience, it said.

Richtech also plans to use the livestream to show other AI-driven platforms as part of its broader automation portfolio for hospitality, automotive, and manufacturing environments. “From factory floors to hospitality venues, our robots work alongside people to enhance efficiency, precision, and quality,” it said.
The company asserted that the initiative demonstrates the significant advances in embodied AI systems so they can communicate effectively with users in the real world. By combining conversational AI with robotics, Richtech said it “continues to bridge the gap between human expertise and robotic efficiency.”
“Our vision is to make robotics more accessible, engaging, and useful in everyday life,” added Zheng. “We’re seeing a breakthrough in functionality for things like placing a fitting on a product, meeting customer expectations in the field. We’re seeing lots of deployments in manufacturing and warehousing and are actively developing and integrating more AI features into our robots.”
In April 2026, Richtech made its robotic systems and data services for agentic AI available in the Microsoft Marketplace for use on Azure. It also installed an ADAM barista in Times Square and signed a European distribution deal with Netherlands-based NewConsultancy B.V. Last month, the company showed ADAM and its DUST-E-S cleaning robot at HITEC.
Next week, Richtech will show industrial humanoid robot Dex at Booth 2088 and debut an AI-driven pallet jack in Booth 17060 at Automate in Chicago.
