# RFP Hub

Verdict not yet evaluated for this tool. The semantic screen takes adversarial cases first; coverage rolls out as the corpus expands (15/150 labels to graduation). The deterministic conformance probe is built but has not yet run on the public corpus, so a recorded verdict here is REVIEW or UNVERIFIED, never a clearing ALLOW. `RFPHUB_API_BASE`

Base URL of the RFP Hub API. Defaults to https://api.ethrfps.app. The origin of this URL is bound into every write approval.

`RFPHUB_API_KEY`

RFP Hub API credential. Needed ONLY to submit; searching and fetching are anonymous and never send it. Setting it is what registers the write tool at all: without it tools/list returns two tools. A write-scoped key is recommended: its submissions land pending a reviewer's decision.
