# Requesting arXiv cs.AI Endorsement for Work on Out-of-Distribution Generalization, Conformal Prediction, and Biomedical ML

Hi everyone,

I hope y’all are doing well! I am an independent researcher currently seeking an arXiv endorsement for the cs.AI category.

My coauthors and I have completed a research manuscript on sepsis mortality prediction from multi-cohort transcriptomic data. The study examines how predictive performance and uncertainty degrade under cross-cohort distribution shift, with particular emphasis on conformal reliability, calibration, and representation-level robustness across independent datasets.

The manuscript is currently under review at IEEE BIBM 2026. I am happy to privately share the manuscript and endorsement link with any eligible cs.AI endorser who would be interested in potentially providing an endorsement.
