# Replace Your Expensive Video Generation Software; Here Are 10 AI Open-Source Projects Anyone Should Know

Higgsfield made a whole category of marketing work feel buyable: short-form video, polished product moments, fast creative iteration. The part I keep coming back to is what happens around the generated clip. Somebody still has to write the hook, capture the real product, put the asset on a landing page, qualify the reply, and learn why the visitor left.

That surrounding work is where a small team can stop renting every layer. I would not pretend the ten projects below recreate Higgsfield feature for feature. They do not. What they give a technical marketer is more useful in the long run: a stack for producing founder-led demos, LLM-assisted content, landing pages, interactive walkthroughs, and a feedback loop you control.

I wrote previously about [12 open-source AI projects a serious builder should be running in 2026](https://medium.com/codetodeploy/12-open-source-ai-projects-a-serious-builder-should-be-running-in-2026-8aabcb6eebb2). This is the narrower marketing-production follow-up. It is the list I would pull if I were trying to reduce agency dependency without pretending that one GitHub repository can run a campaign by itself.

Founder aside:I am Caspar Bannink, buildingHomeScout, an unrelated AI rental-search product. The product has no connection to the tools below. This is the marketing stack I would want around any product…
