Released reminders-sync, bug fixes for neural web

Okerew released reminders-sync, a Neovim plugin that pulls and edits reminders from a specified directory and automatically syncs them to the macOS Reminders app. The developer also improved simd functionality, added loadNetworkStates, and fixed bugs in the larkos neural web project.
