AMD (NASDAQ:AMD) today announced financial results for the second quarter of 2026. Second quarter revenue was $11.5 billion, gross margin was 54%, operating income was $2.0 billion, net income was $2.3 billion and diluted earnings per share was $1.38. On a non-GAAP basis, gross margin was 56%, operating income was $3.1 billion, net income was $2.8 billion and diluted earnings per share was $1.66.

"We enter the second half with strong momentum as EPYC demand accelerates, Instinct deployments scale and Helios begins to ramp.
