Portal: Teleport into your Claude Code sessions

Cyber Corp Research released Portal, a session picker for Claude Code that lets developers search, jump between, and move past coding sessions across folders. The tool installs via curl and integrates with zsh and fzf, enabling commands like 'portal go' to resume tasks and 'portal mv' to migrate session history during project restructuring.
