This has become especially important with increased student usage of AI tools.\n\n- Add more advanced settings for due dates, locking assignments, and group projects.\n- Provide teachers with a detailed student \"activity log\", including code runs, copy-paste events, and automated test results (if those are configured for the assignment).\n- Enable a commenting system for teachers to provide feedback without editing student code.\n\n## Performance and reliability\n\nFaster loading times and fewer errors give teachers more time for classroom instruction and students more time to complete their work.\n\n- Make running code faster and less likely to fail, especially during periods of peak traffic.\n- Improve the speed of navigating between pages and loading projects.\n- Improve automated monitoring to allow Pickcode's engineering team to detect issues prior to user support requests.\n\n## Streamlined user experience\n\nWe've added many features to Pickcode since launch, and this year we want to make them work together more seamlessly.\n\n- Automatically detect the user's project type (Console vs. Graphics) when running code.\n- Provide more detailed and actionable error messages for common issues (an item isn't shared, unsupported file types, etc.).\n- Enhance organization and collaboration features for projects and lessons, including folder management and access to shared items.\n\n## Providing feedback\n\nIf you have feedback or suggestions on the roadmap, please email support@pickcode.io and we'd be happy to discuss them.\n\nThe list above is not exhaustive and we will continue to work on existing and new requests.
