Your inbox isn’t processed by Paperweight servers, and the app remains fully open source (MIT). One thing that did change since my original post is pricing. After experimenting over the beta, Paperweight now has a useful free tier with full-history scanning and discovery, a 30-day Cleanup Pass, and yearly Pro for ongoing use. Existing Lifetime licenses remain permanent, and the final Lifetime offer ends October 7. A lot of the feedback in this thread helped shape V1, so thanks to everyone who helped test, bought an early license, reported issues or challenged some of the decisions along the way. Thank you all!
