ototo initsets Otōto up where neither Claude Code nor OpenCode is installed, but the installer stopped before it got there and asked you to install one first. It now installs Otōto for VS Code, a JetBrains IDE, Pi or any other MCP client, sets up Otōto's own side, and says what to register with your agent. ototo updateno longer fails when there is nothing to set up. The setup it runs asked "Go ahead?" even when everything was already in place, and without a terminal (a script, or an agent running the command) it stopped with an error. It now says there is nothing to change and carries on.ototo updatesays which Otōto it left when an install stops partway. It said the old version was still installed even when the new one was.
