Ossoff: ‘Compromised’ Trump won’t regulate AI

Sen. Jon Ossoff (D-Ga.) said Monday that President Trump will likely not heed technology leaders' calls for AI development guardrails because of his family's investments in the industry, pointing to venture capital firm 1789 Capital, where Trump's eldest son Donald Trump Jr. is a partner. Ossoff called Trump "compromised" on the issue.
