At AI World in Las Vegas on Oct 26, 2026, Oracle [announced two new AI-native experiences](https://www.oracle.com/news/announcement/ai-world-oracle-advances-outcome-driven-ai-across-fusion-applications-2026-10-26/) alongside 25 agentic applications now available across its Fusion cloud portfolio. This development builds on the company’s [earlier work with Fusion Claw](https://forkast.news/oracle-fusion-claw-brings-native-ai-agent-orchestration-to-the-erp-layer/), the underlying runtime technology designed to enable applications to handle specialist-grade tasks with greater autonomy and scale.

For the enterprise buyer, the most immediate change is the availability of 25 new Claw-powered agentic applications. These tools are now available across Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM), Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain & Manufacturing (SCM), and Oracle Fusion Cloud Customer Experience (CX). These applications are designed to manage specific, complex workflows. For instance, Ledger resolves accounting exceptions by working across large volumes of accounting entries, while Procurement Spend detects maverick spend and contract leakage and recommends corrective actions for team review.

To manage these agents, Oracle introduced two new AI-native experiences: Oracle Fusion Companion and Oracle Fusion Agentic Home. Fusion Companion acts as an intelligent layer that allows users to interact with Oracle Fusion Applications through supported AI tools such as ChatGPT. It uses enterprise business context, data, and user permissions to coordinate transactions, workflows, and approvals across systems. According to the release, Fusion Companion can also leverage data and context from other enterprise systems and coordinate authorized actions across those systems while respecting established security, permissions, and controls. Fusion Agentic Home, supported by Fusion Companion, is a personalized, AI-native experience that enables users to define business objectives, delegate work to AI agents and agentic applications, and track progress through completion.

For finance and HR professionals, this shift translates into a new everyday reality where delegation moves directly into the tools they already use. Whether interacting through supported AI clients like ChatGPT for Companion or navigating the Fusion interface itself for Agentic Home, users are now operating within what the release describes as a “system of outcomes, where people define the objectives, authority, and accountability and the Agentic Applications coordinate the process to get to an outcome.” To support these agents, Oracle introduced Oracle AI Agent Studio for Fusion Applications, which provides the build path for customers and partners to create, extend, and manage these agents. The studio offers no-code and pro-code capabilities to support reusable agents, while incorporating built-in observability, ROI measurement, and safety controls to ensure responsible operation at scale.

The shift toward these outcome-based applications is intended to change the nature of the user’s role. “The next era of enterprise AI is all about delivering software that increasingly does the work, while people define the objectives and set the policies,” said Chris Leone, executive vice president, Applications Development, Oracle. “Fusion Agentic Applications, powered by Fusion Claw, can take on highly complex business processes economically and at scale. And with new AI experiences like Fusion Companion and Fusion Agentic Home, people can describe what they want to accomplish and delegate that work to AI agents and agentic applications. These innovations change how people work with enterprise software, giving them more capacity to focus on the decisions that matter while retaining control and accountability.”

While these announcements represent a clear push toward agentic workflows, the practical details for procurement teams remain opaque. Consistent with our ongoing [price-card audit](https://forkast.news/the-enterprise-agent-price-nobody-will-show-you/), Oracle’s announcement publishes no pricing for these new applications or experiences. Furthermore, while the 25 agentic applications are now available, the company has not published a separate general availability date for Fusion Companion or Fusion Agentic Home beyond their introduction at the Oct 26, 2026 event.

For IT and operations leaders, the challenge will be balancing this new level of agentic autonomy with existing governance requirements. While the vendor emphasizes that these tools are built to maintain enterprise control and accountability, the two questions a procurement team asks first-what does it cost, and when can we have it-are not answered by this announcement.
