OpenCode 2.2 defaults MCP to Code Mode and answers elicitation

OpenCode released version 2.2.0, which makes MCP default to Code Mode and adds elicitation support, alongside experimental Desktop plugins and image and decision generation APIs for plugins and the SDK. The release carries three breaking changes: the @opencode/ai package root now exports the Promise API with the Effect API moved to @opencode/ai/effect and @opencode/ai/promise removed, the OpenCode GitHub Action is no longer published, and TUI plugins now require @opentui/core and @opentui/solid 0.7.0, up from 0.6.8. Plugins can also attach and update keyed session instructions via ctx.session.instructions.entry.put/list/remove without busting the prompt cache, and prompt cache TTLs are now configurable per provider and model.
