OpenAI's Codex can now watch you work once and repeat the task forever

OpenAI released a new Record & Replay feature for the Codex app on macOS, allowing users to record a workflow once and have the AI agent repeat it autonomously. The feature is not yet available in the EU, UK, or Switzerland and requires Computer Use to be enabled. Codex is OpenAI's AI agent for coding and white-collar work automation, free to download but requiring a paid ChatGPT account for full use.
