OpenAI does the same thing, with AI trainers according to a report by [404 Media](https://www.404media.co/people-training-openais-ai-fired-for-using-ai-to-train-the-ai/). As Glenn Gabe noted on [X](https://x.com/glenngabe/status/2102729840868593892), "Quality Raters, but "quality" is relative :) 10K raters... sounds similar to Google -> People Training OpenAI’s AI Fired for Using AI to Train the AI." 404 Media wrote, "OpenAI has thousands and thousands of contractors helping improve the company's AI models. Multiple contractors have been fired for using AI to train the AI." The funny thing is many of them were fired because they used AI for their job. "404 Media has found multiple contractors hired to improve OpenAI’s models have been fired for using AI to train the AI," was reported.
