Atlanta community leader launches AI-for-Good Georgia, a nonpartisan statewide initiative to proudly align AI with humanity’s highest values.

ATLANTA — One year after calling for spiritual awakening during Atlanta’s mayoral race, gay Christian technology strategist, community leader, and father Dr. Helmut Lucero Love is expanding that message into one of the defining conversations of the modern era: artificial intelligence.

On National Pride Day, Love is launching AI-for-Good Georgia, a non-partisan initiative dedicated to ensuring AI serves humanity’s highest moral, spiritual, and human potential.

“Though Pride began as a movement for the liberation of those shamed because of their gay (LGBT) identity, the work is not finished,” Love said. “Together with our straight brothers and sisters, we must move beyond ending shame and toward elevating human dignity itself — our character, integrity, and shared values.”

Love believes AI presents both extraordinary opportunity and profound risk.

“The question before us is not simply what AI can do,” he said. “The question is who we become as human beings while building it.”

Last year, Love released Wake Up to Your Life Magic*: Your Roadmap to Riches, Love and Happiness*, advancing a philosophy he calls One Love — the belief that humanity’s divisions of race, religion, nationality, politics, gender, and sexual orientation obscure a deeper spiritual unity.

“We are entering an era unlike any humanity has ever experienced,” he said. “AI creates the possibility of removing much of the burden of labor; relief from the curse placed upon humankind in the Garden. But a loving Father only removes discipline when the child has learned its lesson. The question is whether humanity is ready.”

Love argues that technology itself is neither good nor evil but amplifies the values of those who create and govern it.

“If we continue to reward greed, division, exploitation, and the worship of money, AI will magnify those tendencies,” he said. “If we cultivate wisdom, responsibility, compassion, and service, AI can become one of the greatest tools for human flourishing ever created.”

AI-for-Good Georgia seeks to bring together a think tank of business leaders, technologists, educators, nonprofits, and policymakers to explore how AI can strengthen communities while preserving human dignity. The initiative advocates for open, sovereign AI infrastructure and envisions applications ranging from mental health and education to workforce development, election integrity, and government efficiency.

“This is not a choice between loving ourselves or loving our neighbors,” Love said. “Done correctly, we will do both.”

At its core, however, Love says the initiative is not about technology.

“Greater power requires greater humanity,” he said. “Our future will depend less on the intelligence of our machines than on the wisdom of the people guiding them.”

The Rainbow, the Promise, and the Future

Love concluded with a broader spiritual reflection on faith in the age of AI.

“God is the Alpha and Omega,” he said. “I encourage people of the Abrahamic faiths to consider that the ancient Word, before Abraham, before rabbis, priests, preachers, and imams, contains the roadmap for how humanity must navigate to create the next millennium, lift the curse, and return to the Garden, as much as the Revelation is.”

Reflecting on Scripture, Love points first to God’s covenant with Noah after the flood.

“When we see the rainbow, we remember God’s promise to humanity,” he said. “It is a promise that the World will be more righteous than it is wicked, and never again destroyed by a flood of water.”

Love argues that God began fulfilling that promise through the sacrifice of Christ and the call to sacrificial love. He contends that many of the advances of Western Judeo-Christian civilization emerged when strength was balanced with compassion, individual responsibility with care for others, and masculine and feminine contributions worked together.

Love further contends that God’s fulfillment continued as Christians and Jews inhabited these Native American lands, created free capitalist markets that lifted nations from economic suffering, and ultimately expanded freedom for women, races, and the sexually shamed (LGBT) people of the Earth. Those once-shamed people raised the rainbow flag with pride for “the Love of All Humanity.”

Love again heralds One Love as a spiritual evolution among the world’s faith traditions, symbolized by a seven-colored rainbow flag. “When gay people were rejected by religions and cultures, gay people agreed not on the name, but the one nature of God – Love.”

“The challenge before us is not merely technological. It is spiritual,” Love said. “I lift this symbol reminding you to remember the promise. We are to unite in the One Love of the Father, as Christ himself would urge us today. Each major faith, and even science, teaches different facets of the One Love — like the colors of the rainbow reflecting different gradients. We must push beyond co-existing to co-creating.”

God’s commitment, Love says, extends to economic life.

“If we truly embrace our neighbors as ourselves, we cannot build a society where wealth is hoarded while others are left behind,” he said. “The promise of a righteous society is that prosperity is ultimately shared through merit. Our capitalism must become more responsible to our neighbor.”

Love believes AI will continue to contribute to a great spiritual awakening. Referencing the “Grand Glorious Invitation” he delivered on the steps of the Federal Reserve, he calls for the return of four spirits — the Christ, the Mahdi, the Kalki, and the White Buffalo — not embodied in any one person, but within each of us.

“It is a time for a flood of the fire of transformation,” he said. “We require greater wisdom, more connection and greater personal responsibility in the AI era. That requires breaking the boxes of division that separate you from your highest self in our own mind and heart, before you can lead and connect with others on the outside. He details this further in his book.”

Love’s political identity reflects this philosophy. Describing himself as a “Democratic Republican”, currently fund raising for his Georgia House 57 platform. He argues that many of society’s most persistent challenges endure because people remain trapped within ideological tribes.

“The boxes are the problem,” Love said. “We are presented with a false choice: this OR that, when it is this AND that.” The foundation is the love of self: we must share wealth through earned merit, and then we must be committed to life from womb to tomb and to the love of every human, down to the last T.

Duality can only be achieved when we are committed most to Purity and the Lack of Corruption, symbolized by the White of our American flag, over red or blue.

AI-for-Good Georgia suggests the use of technology to deliver the transparency and line-item accountability The People must build with. Love speaks further on these concepts in his newly launched show: Pure Possibility Politics.

He concluded by invoking the story of the Tower of Babel.

“Scripture teaches that when humanity unites and builds, extraordinary things become possible,” Love said. “The question is whether we will unite for power and profit, or unite under One Love. If we choose the latter, then this generation has an opportunity to fulfill promises that have inspired humanity for thousands of years.

We can release the coverings of shame, embracing pride in being God-like children demonstrated by our discernment between good and even and by the love we share, relieving much of the pain of childbirth, and making work far less burdensome. This is all possible. We are the Creators behind AI. What vision will we create?”

Call to Action

For those who are spiritually awake, and who want to direct AI to serve the highest purposes for which it is intended, we will not arrive there by chance. We must ensure that this crucial innovation revolution is directed by those who desire to bring about greater righteousness.

AI-for-Good Georgia invites citizens, business leaders, educators, technologists, nonprofits, faith communities, and public servants to become founding members of the movement. To learn more about the think tank, donate or join the mailing list visit: www.drhelmutlove.com/ai-for-good.
