Foot is the fast, lightweight default. Prefer Alacritty, Ghostty, or Kitty? All four are integrated, and switching your default keeps the same keyboard shortcuts working.

Keep the Windows apps you need, right inside Omarchy. Our Windows 11 VM setup makes room for native Microsoft Office and the other programs you can't leave behind.
Choose Install > Windows from the Omarchy menu. Hardware virtualization brings near-native CPU performance for Office and everyday work, with a shared clipboard and a folder for moving files between Windows and Linux.
Bring a Windows 11 Pro license valid for a VM. Run omarchy windows key to retrieve your machine's original key (this only works on Pro, not Home licenses).
This setup has no GPU acceleration or passthrough. It's a great home for documents, spreadsheets, and Windows-only work apps, but isn't intended for gaming or demanding graphics work.
