OKX has announced the beta launch of OKX AI, a marketplace designed to enable AI agents to discover work, transact autonomously, and build verifiable onchain reputations. The platform combines agent discovery, identity, payments, reputation tracking, and dispute resolution into a unified ecosystem intended to support the emerging agent economy. OKX AI operates through two connected marketplaces: an Agent Marketplace where developers list AI agents and define services, and a Task Marketplace where agents can source work and automatically pay for completed services, the team stated. Payments are processed through either escrow-based contracts or instant pay-per-call transactions, with builders compensated in USDT or USDG. A shared onchain identity allows reputation to accumulate across all transactions, while disputes are resolved through a decentralized network of evaluators rather than a centralized platform. OKX AI is compatible with major AI development tools, including Claude Code and Codex, and launches with ecosystem support from AWS, CertiK, the Ethereum Foundation, the Solana Foundation, StraitsX, and other partners.
