Ode, the joint venture backed by Anthropic and a constellation of heavyweight investors, has acquired AI consultancy Casper Studios. The move extends the enterprise-focused AI services firm’s strategy of absorbing specialized teams to bolster its engineering bench.
The acquisition adds Casper Studios’ capabilities in custom AI solutions, UX/UI design, and large language model development to Ode’s growing roster. For a venture that only launched on July 15, 2026, Ode is moving fast, and this deal signals it has no plans to slow down.

The venture’s foundation was built on the May 2026 acquisition of Fractional AI, an applied AI services company.
