O11: OpenRouter for Agent Tools

OpenRouter launched O11, a wallet-based platform that lets AI agents find, use and pay for tools from a catalog of 8,416 services spanning models, search, data, media and services. O11 connects through MCP, an API or an SDK, and lets users set per-agent spending limits and approved tools, issue revocable access keys, and track which tools each agent called and what each call cost. The company said the product is backed by Spot VC, Scout and investors including Paul Graham.
