Add The New York Post on Google A controversial city pol and serial sperm donor was hit with fraud charges Wednesday for posting phony AI-generated endorsements in a city council run last year.

Jonathan Rinaldi, 47, who had become known as the “Sperminator,” was arraigned on three counts of forgery and 15 counts of possession of a forged instrument for posting false articles claiming to be from The Post and other outlets, the Queens district attorney’s office said.

In one recorded call with the Queens Jewish Alliance, Rinaldi allegedly claimed that he forged the group’s endorsement because “you’re never going to give me your endorsement.”

Queens DA Melinda Katz said the scam, which ran from January through November as Rinaldi sought the council’s District 29 seat in Queens, was a ploy to mislead voters.

Rinaldi has bragged in the past that he “saves” women who receive his “superior” sperm from spending thousands of dollars on sperm banks and fertility treatments – and said he prefers to seal the deal with a simple handshake.

He has also said he sacrifices all parental rights and decisions but tries to ensure that the recipients of his sperm can financially support the children.

He is due back in court in August on the fraud counts.
