NXP in talks to buy $3bn-plus designer of camera chips for self-driving cars

NXP Semiconductors NV is in talks to acquire TTTech Auto, a designer of camera chips for self-driving cars, in a deal valued at more than $3 billion, according to sources familiar with the matter.
