Nubia sets Sept. 16 launch for Doubao-powered NaviX Ultra

Nubia will launch its NaviX Ultra smartphone on Sept. 16 at 2 p.m. Beijing time, featuring ByteDance's Doubao mobile assistant and positioning the device as an AI agent phone. Jointly developed by ZTE and ByteDance, the handset will use ChangXin Memory Technologies' LPDDR5X memory at 10,667Mbps, which ChangXin says is the first mass-production application of domestically produced LPDDR5X chips at that speed. Other partners include Qualcomm, BOE, Samsung Semiconductor, and Goodix.
