Notion killing Skiff-influenced email app since most users use AI agents instead

Notion is shutting down Notion Mail, its AI-powered email client, on September 22, 2026, citing that most users now manage emails through AI agents rather than opening the inbox. The service, launched in April 2025 and built by former Skiff employees, will be discontinued as Notion focuses on AI agents for email workflows. User data will remain in Gmail.
