New DeepSeek Pricing Published (Peak and Off-Peak)

DeepSeek published new API pricing for its V4 Flash and V4 Pro models, introducing peak and off-peak rates. Off-peak V4 Flash prices rose sharply from previous levels: cache hit from $0.0028 to $0.007 (+250%), cache miss from $0.14 to $0.22 (+157%), and output from $0.28 to $0.66 (+235%). Peak hours are 01:00-04:00 and 06:00-10:00 UTC, with peak rates double off-peak.
