New AI Agent to Autonomously Prepare and Send Docs Out for Signature

DocEndorse has launched a new AI agent that autonomously prepares and sends documents out for signature, according to its data retention and privacy policies. The agent uses ChatGPT-4.1-mini, with data processed in the UK and US, encrypted with AES 256-bit at rest and SSL in transit, and retained only as long as necessary, with deletion within 3-6 months. The company, which hosts on AWS and Digital Ocean, states it does not sell or share user data and allows users to request deletion at any time.
