Netflix is using an AI-generated voice of Gene Wilder, created by ElevenLabs with family consent, for its upcoming reality show 'Wonka's The Golden Ticket', premiering September 23rd. The show features 12 golden ticket winners competing in a high-stakes social experiment, continuing Netflix's partnership with the Roald Dahl company.

Deadline reports that Netflix worked with AI audio company ElevenLabs /news/818470/elevenlabs-iconic-voice-marketplace-ai-audio with consent from Wilder’s family, after working on productions re-creating the voice of Michael Caine and Stan Lee.
